Paul Beraquit is a Managing Director and Founding Partner of Convergent Capital Partners.  He is actively involved in managing all the physical aspects of real estate assets in the portfolio, including capital expenditures, repositioning of assets, and all other construction activity. 

 

Mr. Beraquit attended William Paterson College and is a founder, former President, and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay.
